I stayed for a couple of nights as we were visiting our son at university nearby. The room was lovely, and I appreciated the small details like having tea and coffee available in the morning, even though we had to leave early. It was about a 20-minute walk to the city center where we explored places like the Cavern Club and the Metropolitan Cathedral, which was great. it was a comfortable stay, and I'd definitely return when I visit again.

Unfortunately, the door code failed multiple times, which caused quite a bit of stress late at night when trying to enter the room. One couple faced a distressing situation with dirty carpets and even described a bug found on their bed. It’s clear that maintenance and cleaning require immediate attention to improve the overall experience.

We had a fantastic time exploring nearby Anfield Stadium and the charming Williamson's Tunnels with our little one. The place was cozy, and even though we had to leave early, we appreciated the small touches like tea and coffee being available.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a proper dining area could be improved for families with children.

I liked having tea and coffee available, but we had to leave early, so didn’t get to enjoy it. The only downside was a bit of noise from the shared areas, which felt more like a busy house. But overall, a comfy stay!
